The manufacturing and service team of “Tivex” Ltd. offers the possibility for precise Laser cleaning, cutting, welding.

Laser cleaning: for complex shapes and surfaces, production molds, welds, paint, rust, corrosion, oil, remove of top layer. In this method of cleaning there is no “direct” contact with the surface and there is very low material removal (microns).

Laser cutting: precise laser cutting of steel and stainless steel ( up to 20-25+mm) ; aluminum ( 12-16+mm ),copper
( 8-10+mm) / others

Laser welding: precise welding of steel and stainless steel ( up to 3-4mm), with or without addition material. The weld is done on the spot place, without addition heating of the base material near the weld.

Laser marking: Laser marking is done on metals / steel and stainless steel /, aluminum, and
different types of technical plastics.
