Graphite sealings
We have wide range of special made tools for producing different type and size graphite rings from pure expanded graphite and packing. Usually they come together as a pack for several layers to ensure best performance in temperatures above 500°C, pressures more than 200bars and density between 1,35 up to 1.9g/cm3.
High working temperature, high purity of graphite, low friction coefficient and good heat transfer makes this type of seal very reliable often used. High level of modulation of the material and precision of the final product, with possibility to add inconel and in addition eyelets of the edges guarantees long life and good seal of the whole system.
